• Collection of Addresses

We collect emails or mailing addresses. Email addresses may be used to send announcements or information about upcoming shows and events, or new product releases. If or when we have a newsletter, emails may be used to send our newsletters.

• Use of Addresses

Mailing addresses are used to ship products to customers. They may be used to send postcards or other announcements or notices.

We do not sell or trade our lists (neither emails nor mailing addresses). If we begin to use a client like Mailchimp or other list services, email addresses will be shared only for that purpose and only with the service we are using.

• Cookies and IP Addresses

We do collect information on website visitors through the use of cookies to track website use. IP addresses or browsing history on our website is never shared or sold. This information is only used to assist or inform our marketing.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We like to sell our pieces in person.  Each piece is unique.  Seeing it for yourself is the best way to be sure the piece you are getting is the piece you want in terms of variation of size, style and color.  We hope you visit us at one of the fairs or festivals listed on the home page.  You can also purchase a piece of Oddbowlz pottery by making an appointment to visit the studio or at the following shops and galleries:

• The Art Market in Huntsville, Arkansas
• Brews in Eureka Springs, Arkansas

If getting to one of these places is not possible, we take orders by phone or email.  A standard $25 shipping and handling fee will be applied to all orders.

When you place an order, you will receive an email with a shipping date and amount due.  Payment must be received before item will be shipped.  Payments for phone or email orders are accepted through PayPal.

We do not ship orders less than $50.

We do not ship to international addresses.

Items are shipped primarily through the US Postal Service and insured for $50 or the value of the pottery, whichever is greater.

If an item is received damaged, please email immediately to initiate a full refund.  Refunds will be issued through PayPal.

If you would like to return an item for another reason, please know it must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.  You must return the item within 30 days of the shipping date.

To return an item:

1. Email to request a refund. Please state the reason for your return in this email.
2. Pack the item back up in its original package and affix the return label that was sent with it to the box.
3. Drop it off at a USPS location.
4. A refund of the total purchase price of the pottery (not including shipping) minus a $10 restocking fee will be initiated through PayPal the day the returned item is received back at Oddbowlz.
